My ex’s birthday is in no contact period!!

I just broke up with my boyfriend last september. After that, i still talked to him, sent message to show that i cared of him because i didn’t want to break up and wanted to get back with him! Nevertheless anything didn’t get better, he was so cold to me and i was like the chaser. However, on December his mom invited me to travel his hometown! Surprisingly, he was ok with his mom so i accepted to go. But the result was reverse with my thought, everybody in his family liked and cared me except my ex. It really hurted me so much. In addition, while i keeped talking to him after break up, he oftens posted his fascinating photoes in flirting way to show that he was single and wanted to have a girlfriend. This ruined my heart everyday. Finally i decided to do no contact without warning on 7 December! One week after i did no contact, i found your site and signed up to getyourexbackpermanently plan. I did every worksheet to help me. Then today is coming, my ex birthday! I am really freak out. I don’t know what to do. I should say HBD to him or keep do no contact because tomorrow is day30 that i didn’t contact my ex.But there is 1 week left in the getyourexbackpermanently plan. Please help me, i am really appreciated about that! I am afraid that if i don’t say anything on his birthday, he will move on. ???
