Just normal chat. Been like a normal conversation. It’s so weird. Sometimes I feel we are going the right way, and then I think I’m reading into things too much

@Jared, his letter hasn’t come yet 🙁 Will probably be tomorrow now. I just feel scared what he is going to say. We have been talking a lot this weekend, just normal talk. But I think I need to go back to NC again.

Thanks @KD1988. Yea but normal talk could be good. Getting your foot in the door is pretty nice =) Still no contact from her at all. I hope my friend has some good news for me. Today is 3 weeks since she told me she would reach out.
How do you guys even have long conversations with your exes??

@Mj not really long convos my friend lol. Just a bit of banter back and forth. I say “talking a lot” this weekend. I don’t mean all the time, just a lot more than we have in the last 3 weeks.
But still no letter, it hasn’t come yet. Another night of waiting for it!!
well at least the convo headed somewhere. idk it feels to me like she doesnt want to continue sometimes.
try not thinking about the letter! when it does come then you will be surprised!
@Mj headed somewhere and that cut off just as quickly as it began! Honestly, it’s not progress. Sometimes I think it is, but it really isn’t. Feel like I’m heading to having to move on soon.
@KD1988 My ex’s letter still hasn’t arrived as well, I’m checking my mailbox every hour and watching the door in case the postman will arrive LOL, I can’t keep up like this! can’t sleep well at night, I know the letter wouldn’t change anything but deep inside I keep hoping but I know I shouldn’t :\
We’ve also talked on the phone this weekend and had a nice conversation, he seemed interested in talking and I felt some change in his voice and the way he talked but maybe that’s just my imagination.I guess we just have to wait till tomorrow and see what happens. At least we know that we’ve tried everything we could. I’m wishing you the best of luck!
