Began no contact before subscribing. What should I do?

I have 2 questions, and would appreciate any help.

I began the no contact rule 2 weeks after my gf brokeup with me, and before I heard about this site. I’m a little over 20 days without contact now.

First question: I started receiving the e-mails 2 days ago, but that don’t apply to me anymore (already passed through that). Is there any way to see the future coming e-mails?

Second question: her birthday is coming, and I’m considering ending the no contact rule a bit early with a letter on her birthday. Is that a good idea?
