Hi! I am wanting some advise on ending the no contact rule. Things ended very emotional and rude. I was wondering if I should send a simple card with an apology in it, or send a text reminding him of a good time we had shared with our son?
I know, silly question, but I just want to go about it with the best approach. Thanks!

@Niklizette – I don’t know how long you were together or why he broke up with you, but if you were the emotional rude one, an apology would be good. But apologies don’t mean much unless you also change your behaviors. If he’s open to talking about how to fix things, you both have to suggest ideas on how to make things better. Don’t use your son as an enticement. This break up and repair is between the two of you. Good luck..
