So it is very difficult for me to do the whole no contact thing. My ex and I have a two year old daughter together and we Have to see each other twice/week when we do the exchange of our daughter. I have not been texting or calling him at all, but I do have to see him twice/week. How do I act when I see him? Do I make sure I look amazing everytime? Help!!!
@anastasia345 – The situation must be difficult for your daughter. When you see your ex, be polite whether you look amazing or not..
