I’m ten days in with NC

-we aren’t on social media together

I got a good will comment addressed to me
On a mutual friends fb which I didn’t respond to

Later that day I got a text Again saying he hoped all was well?

I replied too soon but just said, “yes, having a good time at the mo thanks !

I got a thumbs up as a reply

I wish I had replied with more thought but I was rushed – I should have waited and considered it more

What do I do next ? It’s now the next day

Dont worry about it. Remember your goal is to come off as being happy and make them wonder. Keep on with the NC. The fact they’re contacting you means it’s working.

Hi craigipops, I have done my 30 days NC already and right on day 31 i got contacted and long conversations too. I finished some on ok and my ex kept asking questions to keep our conversations going. My advice to you is please keep your 30 days NC. Start allover now. You shouldn’t have answered your ex. It was too quick and i assume your ex is only trying to find out if you have moved on.

Ok an update, need advice,

On social media although I am blocked, a mutual friend showed me pics of my ex with a new squeeze. This was two weeks ago. I did not react.
Yeeterday I got two WhatsApp messages and one text. I haven’t logged into WhatsApp since the 17th April but I saw the previews. One said “where are you when I need a friend?”and “my life is literally falling apart.”
The text said “hope you’re good”
My no contact started 15th April. Do I reply? He has no way of knowing that I have read the messages as I’ve still not logged into WhatsApp and I have read receipts turned off on my iPhone. My gut says wait to see what else appears on social media with his new squeeze. I am doing no contact extremely well I think. These texts and messages are like….wow

My advice is do not break NC. Don’t worry if that new girl wasn’t in his life before, he wont move on. Your NC is almost over at least don’t answer him until a week has passed. Let him miss you alot more and see what he lost.
